The girl Hanan Mohammad Khalaf, from Ein al Arab city, known as Kobani, in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, age 16, was arrested for conscription on January 13, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on her house in al Karaj area in Ein al Arab city, and taken to an undisclosed location.
