Kurdish Self- Management forces arrested a child in Tal Abyad city in Raqqa suburbs, on January 2

The child Ibrahim Khalil al Jaradi, from Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, age 14, was arrested for conscription on January 2, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party-PKK branch) from his place in Tal Abyad city and taken to an undisclosed location.
