The infant Mal al Sham Abdullah al Arandas, from al Qaryatein city in Homs governorate northern suburbs, age 7 days and suffering hepatitis, died on January 3, 2019, due to lack of medical care in al Rukban IDPs Camp at Syrian- Jordanian border in Homs governorate northern suburbs.
