Nouri al Bal’as, from Senjar town in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested by members affiliated with Suqour al Sham brigade- a faction from armed opposition- on December 22, 2018, as he was passing a checkpoint in Ma’aret al Numan city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location.
