SNHR: an IED placed inside a car in front of Ibn Zaidoun Primary School in the middle of Izaz city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs exploded resulted in causalities. Additionally, the building of the school was severely damaged and was put out of service, on December 12, 2018. We are unable of identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
