Massacre against in the explosion of an unknown- source IED in Afrin city in Aleppo suburbs, on December 16

SNHR: at least eight civilians, including a woman, were killed in the explosion of an IED placed inside a car in al Hal market in the middle of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on December 16. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
