Ahmad Hamdan al Hmaish, from al Qouriya city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, age 40, on April 1, 2018 he was arrested by Kurdish Self-management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) from his location in al Sadd Camp in Hasaka governorate southern suburbs, died on April 2, after he was released due to torture and lack of medical care during his detention.
