Hazem Tayseer Matar, from Darayya city southwest of Damascus suburbs, born in 1984, on February 7, 2012, he was arrested by Syrian regime forces from his locations in Darayya city, on March 18, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in December 13, 2017 inside Sednaya prison in Damascus suburbs governorate. It should be noted that Hazem is the brother of the activist Ghiath Matar who was arrested by Syrian regime forces on September 6, 2011. Then, Ghaith’s dead body handed over to his family with torture signs on September 10, 2011.
