SNHR: Kurdish Self-management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) raided al Nashwa and al Nasseriya neighborhoods west of Hasaka city, 12 civilians were arrested for conscription, and taken to unknown destination, on February 1, 2018.
