SNHR documented the death of 39 civilians, including 8 children and 4 women, at the hands of the Syrian-Russian alliance forces during Sochi convention (January 29-30, 2018), distributed on the governorates as follow:
Idlib: 31 civilians, including 7 children and 3 women
Damascus and its suburbs: 2 civilians
Aleppo: 5 civilians, including a child and a woman
Deir Ez-Zour: one civilian
