SNHR: Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party -PKK branch) raided the villages of Alaya, Um al Fursan and Jam’aya in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, arrested 9 civilians for conscription and took them to unknown place, on January 23, 2018.
