SNHR: Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party -PKK branch) raided the neighborhoods of al Nashwa, Msheirfa, Ghwayran and al Nasera in Hasaka city, arrested 11 civilians for conscription and took them to unknown place, on January 24, 2018.
