SNHR: Russian warplanes carried out an air strike using missiles, for the third time today, on the vicinity of the emergency medical point affiliated to Shamna emergency system west of Ma’ar Zita village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, targeting supply lines of Civil Defense team and firefighting team who are extinguishing the fire that resulted from the shelling this morning, April 27, 2017.
