SNHR: 53 individuals, including children and women, killed on April 15, 2017, in unknown-source explosion among a gathering of evacuation convoy of the residents of Kafrya and al Foua towns, who were in al Rashedeen neighborhood west of Aleppo city, while they were waiting to be exchanged with the residents of al Zabadani and Madaya towns, who were in al Ramosa neighborhood in Aleppo city, according to the “four cities” agreement between Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and Ahrar al Sham Islamic Movement, on the one hand, and the Iranian militias on the other hand. SNHR are unable to determine the explosion or the responsible party yet, as it was hard to identify the perpetrators.
الشبكة السورية: 53 شخصاً، بينهم أطفال وسيدات، قُتلوا في 15 نيسان 2017، جراء انفجار مجهول المصدر وسط تجمع قوافل إجلاء أهالي بلدتي كفريا والفوعة الموجودين في حي الراشدين غرب مدينة حلب، بانتظار مبادلتهم مع أهالي بلدتي الزبداني ومضايا الموجودين في حي الراموسة بمدينة حلب، حسب اتفاق المدن الأربعة المبرم بين هيئة تحرير الشام وحركة أحرار الشام مع الميليشيات الإيرانية، لم نتمكن من تحديد ماهية الانفجار أو معرفة الجهة التي قامت بالتفجير حتى لحظة نشر الخبر، لصعوبة تحديد مرتكبي التفجيرات.
