A man from al Bseira city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, named as Azzam Idish al Ghadban, was shot dead on December 10, 2021, in crossfire during clashes between Syrian Democratic Forces and gunmen who haven’t yet been identified in the city which is controlled by Syrian Democratic Forces.
SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for the civilian’s killing while the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity.
