A 23-year-old man, named as Jasem Ali al Ghadban, from al Hamam village which is administratively a part of al Mansoura town in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was shot dead on November 15, 2021, by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel as he was fishing in the nearby lake.
SNHR notes that Syrian Democratic Forces have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
