A man, named as Nawras al Ali, was shot dead on October 5, 2021, by Syrian regime forces personnel while he was riding his motorcycle past one of their checkpoints in al Joubaniya village in the southwestern suburbs of Homs governorate.
SNHR notes that Syrian regime forces have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
