A man from Ras al Ein in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, named as Muhammad Ismail al Hamad, died on August 23, 2021, due to wounds inflicted on August 19, 2021, in a shooting by the Syrian National Army in the city.
SNHR notes that the Syrian National Army has committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
