A child, named as Na’im Faraj al Hariri, was shot dead on July 31, 2021, by Syrian regime forces personnel on the road linking Namer village and Kherbet Ghazala town in the eastern suburbs of Daraa governorate.
SNHR notes that these forces have committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
