A child from al Jamous village in the eastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, named as Osamah Adnan al Hamed, was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel during a raid on a house in the village on July 21, 2021.
SNHR notes that the Syrian Democratic Forces have committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
