The body of a man, named as Muhsen al Nasif, was discovered by local families in the outskirts of al Frariya village which is administratively a part of Jandaris city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on May 4, 2021, bearing signs of gunshot wounds.
Although the SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for the civilian’s killing, the area is controlled by the Syrian National Army. Despite the controlling forces bearing responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity, they have not launched any investigation which increases the suspicion of their involvement in the killing.
