At least four tents were completely burnt in Mahattet al Qetar IDP Camp near Ma’aret al Ikhwan village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate on April 23, 2021 due to a fire that broke out in the camp as a result of the misuse of heating devices, exposing the IDPs to additional suffering.
