The body of a 44-year-old refugee Iraqi civilian, named as Muhammad Fayyad al Saleh, was discovered by local families in Section Two of al Hawl IDP Camp near al Hawl town in the eastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate on March 22, 2021 bearing signs of gunshot wounds.
