A man, named as Wasim al Mer’i al Hasan, was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel in al Karama village in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate on January 30, 2021.
SNHR notes that the SDF has committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
