A 13-year-old boy, named as Awad Khalifah al Hseini, from al Irtiwaziya village in the northern suburbs of Raqaa governorate, died as a result of wounds sustained in a random shooting by Syrian Democratic Forces in a market in the village on September 27, 2020.
SNHR notes that, with this incident, SDF has committed another violation of international humanitarian law with this indiscriminate killing and the perpetrator must be held accountable.
