Two passers-by, Mrs. Moumenah Tweikh and Muhammad al Shalabi, were shot dead during clashes between two factions of the armed oppositions (al Hamzah Brigade and al Shamiah Front which are affiliated with the Syrian National Army) in al Bab city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on May 16. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the responsible party, while the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrators’ identity.
