Majed Ahmad al Fandi, aged 45, from Ein Tarma town in Eastern Ghouta in east of Damascus suburbs governorate. On April 19, 2020, families found his corpse with signs of gunshots between the villages Jilleen and Saham al Joulan in the western suburbs of Daraa governorate. The area is controlled by Syrian regime forces at the time of the incident while SNHR unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
