Ibrahim Mane’a Eid al Hussein, aged 38, from Theyban town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Theyban town, on April 17, 2020. Yet, SNHR try to contact with witnesses for more details on the incident.
