Image show Syrian citizens overcrowd at bread stalls in al Ba’ath neighborhood in Hama city. We note that Syrian regime declared the first infected case of COVID-19 on March 22, 2020. Yet, the Syrian regime has not taken a real action to stop overcrowding of citizens during their attempt to get the essentials as bread and gas and to receive their salaries which is a blatant violation of precautionary measures of disease prevention. We at SNHR emphasis that it is impossible for the regime responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of Syrians and displacing about 12 million persons, between IDPs and refugees to care about Syrian people.
