Image showing aluminum cladding materials were looted by Syrian regime forces from houses of civilians in Anadan city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, after they seized control over the city, on February 16, 2020. SNHR affirms that the looting is a systematic strategy followed by Syrian regime forces and pro- regime militias in the areas controlled that is applied in areas under their control. SNHR is working for months on an expanded report in regard with his strategy in various areas of Syrian governorates.
