SNHR: at least eight civilians, including four children, were killed in the explosion of and unknown source and kind- as of this writing- in front of unequipped- buildings sheltering IDPs in al Thalathin Street in Idlib city, on March 3, 2020. SNHR still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
