SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on a center sheltering IDPs located inside a complex of two schools (Munib Kmaisheh School and Zuhair Radwan School) in Ma’aret Misreen town in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, resulting in casualties and partially destroying the center’s building and fence, on February 25, 2020.
