SNHR: at least two civilians were killed as Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles in the middle of Idlib city, on February 25, 2020. We note that the city was subjected to ground attacks in some of which cluster munitions were used by the same forces at the same day, resulting in the death of civilians.
