Muhammad Abdul Razzaq al Akleh, from al Jarthi village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was arrested on February 23, 2020, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in al Jarthi village and was taken to an undisclosed location.
