SNHR: at least five civilians, worked in herding sheep, were killed in a shooting by unknown gunmen in Badiya of Ghanem al Ali village which is administratively a part of al Sabkha town in the eastern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on February 21, 2020. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
