SNHR documented the deaths of 239 civilians, including 74 children and 32 women, at the hands of Syrian- Russian alliance forces in northwest Syria between January 12, 2020 and February 12, 2020, distributed as follows:
– Syrian regime forces: 93 civilians, including 25 children and seven women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 73 civilians, including 20 children and five women.
- Aleppo governorate: 20 civilians, including five children and two women.
– Russian forces: 146 civilians, including 49 children and 25 women, distributed as follows:
- Idlib governorate: 61 civilians, including 14 children and 12 women.
- Aleppo governorate: 85 civilians, including 35 children and 13 women.
