SNHR: Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes carried out a strike using heavy machine guns on two IPDs camps (a camp for widows and al Sheikh Idris Camp) located in the eastern outskirts of Kafr Orouq village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, killing the child Qaddour Hussein al Qaddour and severely damaging a number of tents in the camps, on February 10, 2020.
