Video showing a member affiliated with Syrian regime forces destroying a grave in Khan al Sebel village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, following seizing control over the village by Syrian regime forces on January 29, 2020. Activists of the village assured to SNHR that Muhammad Adnan al Sarhan al Musa “the shaved- head man” who appears on the video is from the village and is affiliated with Syrian regime forces. The man vowed earlier to take revenge from dead people before alive ones in his village. We note that this is not the first time Syrian regime forces dig up the graves in the areas under their control as we issued a statement regarding this case.
