The infant Najah Fedaa Hasan Agha, 40-days old, one of victims of the massacre took place in a bombing by fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian on a residential building in south of Sarmin city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on February 2, 2020. We note that the infant’s mother, brother and a number of her family were among the massacre’s victims.
