Mrs. Noufah al Muhammad and Mrs. Khawlah al Hasan were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on a gathering of IDPs tents in east of al Atareb city in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on January 22, 2020.
