SNHR: at least nine civilians, including six children and two women, were killed as Syrian regime forces fired a medium- range missile loaded with cluster munitions near the school of al Sharqi neighborhood in Sarmin city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on January 1, 2020. We note that four school’s students and their teacher were among the massacre’s victims.
