The death of a civilian on Dec 28, due to wounds sustained in a bombing by Russian forces on Ma’aret al Numan city in Idlib

Mustafa Absi al Khalaf, from Qmainas village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, died on December 28, 2019, due to wounds sustained on December 22, 2019, as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Ma’aret al Numan city in southern suburbs of Idlib governorate.
