SNHR: at least four civilians, including two children, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in al Mabrouka town which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on December 18, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
