The girl Habiba Izz al Din Matar al Naser, from al Bousayyed neighborhood in Mouhasan city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, died on December 15, 2019, due to cold lack of health care in al Hawl IDPs Camp which is located near al Hawl town in the eastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate and is controlled by Syrian Democratic forces.
