The girl Ikhlas Abdul Aziz al Mustafa, Mrs. Jamila Jum’a al Mustafa and Mrs. Fatima Mahmoud al Mustafa were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles near Ma’ar Shamarin village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on December 16, 2019.
