The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source landmine in al Arba’in village in Hasaka, on Dec 15

Ahmad Mohammad al Zakkour, from al Arba’in village which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was killed on December 15, 2019, in the explosion of a landmine in al Arba’in village. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
