SNHR: Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs near the secondary school and al Eman Mosque in the middle of Urm al Jouz town in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially damaging their buildings, on December 3, 2019. We note that the school and the mosque are near each other and were targeted several times earlier due to the ongoing campaign by Syrian- Russian Alliance on the fourth de- escalation zone.
