The death of a civilian on Nov 30, due to wounds sustained in the explosion of an unknown- source IED in Idlib

Na’im Ahmad Qar’oush died on November 30, 2019, due to wounds sustained on November 29, 2019, in the explosion of an IED on the road linking Idlib city and Sarmin city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
