Osama Omar al Khaled, a general doctor, Palestinian Syrian, resident of al Shajara town in the western suburbs of Daraa governorate, age 64, was arrested on August 3, 2018, by Syrian regime forces while he was in Ma’raba IDPs Camp in Hawd al Yarmouk area in the western suburbs of Daraa governorate, and was taken to raid branch in Damascus city. On November 25, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to negligent of health care in Adra Central Prison in Damascus suburbs governorate after being transferred to a hospital in Damascus city.
