SNHR: at least 11 civilians, including children, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in front of travelers’ bus station “al Karaj” in the middle of al Bab city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on November 16, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
